Outbound appointment setting for IT firms. Requires cold-calling and sending emails. Prospects are provided. Includes some product training. This is a job for someone with who's had success with appointment setting or outbound sales and aspires to become a Sales Manager in the next 6 to 12 months. Prospects are small business owners, COO's and IT Managers from small businesses, and these are prospects. You must be motivated, energetic, confident and goal-oriented in order to succeed.

Base salary starts at $650 (U.S.)/month and may be higher for experienced rockstars. On-target commission is $400/month and higher is better.
Full-time, Monday to Friday business hours, time zones vary from EST to PST
Required Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English and strong writing and grammar skills
College graduate preferred
Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound calling sales experience
Detailed-oriented and organized, there are a lot of tasks to stay on top of
Coachable, willing to learn and adapt
Ability to learn a script initially but but then memorize and adapt naturally
Confident and outgoing energy over the phone
